1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Mingyun Hub ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Mingyun Hub provides BaZi (Four Pillars of Destiny) readings and spiritual guidance services. Our readings are generated using artificial intelligence and are intended for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information

4. Purchases and Payments

Reading Credits:

  • 1 Reading = HKD $188 (1 question)
  • 6 Readings = HKD $888 (6 questions)

All payments are processed securely. Credits are non-refundable once purchased. Credits do not expire but are non-transferable.

5. Nature of Readings

BaZi readings and spiritual guidance provided through our service are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They do not constitute professional:

  • Medical advice
  • Legal advice
  • Financial advice
  • Psychological counseling

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our service for any unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Interfere with the proper operation of our service
  • Share your account or readings with others for commercial purposes

7. Intellectual Property

All content generated through Mingyun Hub, including readings, is for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mingyun Hub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
